4月28日上午，泉州市委常委、晉江市委書記張文賢帶隊(duì)深入冠達(dá)星智能家居產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場走訪調(diào)研，了解項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況，協(xié)調(diào)解決存在問題，推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目加快建設(shè)。

He learned about the project's progress, coordinated and solved existing problems, and promoted the accelerated construction of the project.
在調(diào)研現(xiàn)場，晉江市人大常委、冠達(dá)星集團(tuán)黨支部書記、董事長楊建明向調(diào)研組介紹產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目，重點(diǎn)匯報(bào)冠達(dá)星智能家居產(chǎn)業(yè)園高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高要求設(shè)計(jì)理念。項(xiàng)目以第五代廠房標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)，創(chuàng)新的承重設(shè)計(jì)令人矚目——每層樓每平方米承重可達(dá) 1 - 3 噸，實(shí)現(xiàn)了超高、超寬和超重承載，每層樓都具備 “首層” 般的使用效能。獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)，使得廠房投用后，不僅能夠輕松承載數(shù)以噸計(jì)的智能化生產(chǎn)線，每層還可同時(shí)容納 8 輛大貨車進(jìn)行裝卸貨作業(yè)，全方位滿足未來智能化生產(chǎn)場景與智慧物流的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需求。
At the research site, Yang Jianming, a member of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress, Secretary of the Party Branch of Guandaxing Group, and Chairman of the Group, introduced the industrial park project to the research team, and focused on reporting the design concept of high standards and high requirements of the Guandaxing Smart Home Industrial Park. The project is designed and constructed according to the standards of the fifth-generation factory buildings. Its innovative load-bearing design is remarkable - the load-bearing capacity per square meter of each floor can reach 1 to 3 tons, achieving ultra-high, ultra-wide and overweight bearing capacity, and each floor has the same usage efficiency as the "ground floor". With its unique design, after the factory building is put into use, it can not only easily bear the intelligent production lines weighing several tons, but each floor can also accommodate 8 large trucks for loading and unloading operations simultaneously, fully meeting the high-standard requirements of future intelligent production scenarios and smart logistics.
預(yù)計(jì)今年8月，項(xiàng)目（一期）6 萬平方米的首幢第五代標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房投入使用，至明年年底，這里將逐步崛起第五代H 型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房、高級共享辦公樓、產(chǎn)品展示中心、復(fù)合生態(tài)公寓等多元化建筑。項(xiàng)目建成，產(chǎn)業(yè)園將聚焦智能家居及相關(guān)配套產(chǎn)業(yè)引進(jìn)，致力于打造“生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)” 三生融合的現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)社區(qū)，以及極具競爭力的先進(jìn)科技型產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。
