在本次人大會上楊建明常委提出了《關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)園運營產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈》的建議，主要有二點：一、建議市委市政府加大引導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)園運營商往“專、精、特、新”的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈運營，二、建議市委市政府加大扶持小微企業(yè)做大、做強，加快晉江市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級，從而成為晉江經(jīng)濟新的增長點。本次政府報告中也提到引導(dǎo)“專、精、特、新”小企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，向?qū)I(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)園聚集。
